Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Due Diligence
Led CNG production (upstream) DD: analysed business plan, interviewed execs, market experts and engineers, visited sites. Advised against acquisition due to weak value chain control & unfavourable regulation. Decision makers agreed with my recommendation.
Vertical Integration via Merger
Drove vertical integration from bus importer to running public transport (PT). DD on selected target, crafted PT business plan, and led the new PT subsidiary, tripling revenue (X3) and quadrupling the fleet (X4) in a year.
Renegotiated Contracts with Customers
Conducted analytical work to identify inefficiencies and uncovered outdated contracts overly favorable to customers. Internally spearheaded efforts to develop more sustainable contracts and initiated negotiations with customers for their update.
